A spirited young man in a body suit heads up a group of animals and leads them in a series of sumo wrestling bouts. The animals take each other on in turn, and the bear comes out on top of the whole group. His triumph is short-lived, though, since he still has to step into the ring against Kintaro. This 1940 comedy film builds its fun around that playful animal tournament.
