Two kittens get new boots and an umbrella, then spend the next day hoping for rain just so they can use them. That's the entire plot, and it works because the show understands that wanting something ordinary is enough. Kitty and Mimmy, twin kittens, spend a rainy day stuck inside until their mother returns with a present for them: umbrellas in different colors and a pair of boots.
