The OVA forces four assassins to turn on each other when someone weaponizes the one thing they can't kill, doubt. Each character breaks differently under pressure, and the show doesn't pretend there's a clean answer to what they owe each other versus what they owe themselves. In two episodes, it accomplishes what most revenge narratives take a season to fumble: a scenario where survival and honor genuinely cannot coexist.
