Seiya travels to Greece to train as a Saint of Athena and earns his Sacred Cloth, a protective armor that proves his status. As a Bronze Saint guarded by the constellation Pegasus, he holds the lowest rank among these warriors, each of whom has a constellation as a patron. Saints from around the world gather for the Galactic War, a deadly tournament whose prize is the Gold Cloth, the emblem of the Saints' ruler. In the middle of the fighting, the Black Saint Phoenix appears and makes off with the Gold Cloth before the crowd, hoping to rule the world. Seiya and his fellow Bronze Saints set out after Phoenix and his Shadow Army to win it back. The six-episode ONA mixes adventure, fantasy and science fiction.
