A single-episode comedy special from Kochira Katsushikaku Kameari Kouenmae Hashutsujo, released in 1999. As the title says, Ryou-san goes to America. The special was broadcast after episode 147 of the TV series as part of an extended block, so it sits alongside the regular run rather than standing apart from it.
