Harumichi Bouya transfers into Suzuran, an all-boys high school that gathers the very worst delinquents around. Ordinary people despise its students as bad omens, much as they do crows, which is why the place is also called Crows High School. Bouya is a ferociously strong fighter, but he is also thoroughly irresponsible, and the question is how he will carry himself in a school where every single student is a delinquent. Adapted from the Crows manga by Hiroshi Takahashi, this two-episode OVA mixes action and comedy.
