Nobody talks about this one. Each door carries its own melody, its own complete story, a music box logic where opening one leads to the next question instead of the next answer. Üks Uks is an independent animated film by Yonesho Maya. It pictures the doors in a person's life as things that each hold their own melody, much as a music box does, and their own stories, much as a book does. These doors open one after another, and the film suggests that facing the conflicts behind one's own inner doors is how a person comes to find harmony. At the Laputa festival's Yuri Norstein Award, the film took the music prize.
