A girl dropped into a world that isn't hers has to pilot a mecha she doesn't understand to fight monsters she didn't know existed, all while five strangers become the only people who can possibly understand what she's lost. On a trip to Tokyo, Riko Morisawa opens an LBX kit and a temporal rift throws her into the sky above an alternate Japan. An exosuit modeled on the LBX Assassin forms around her during the fall. On the ground she meets the Mimesis, deadly metal creatures that invade one world after another, and only girls armed with LBX weaponry can fight them. Four other displaced girls rescue her and bring her into their combat unit, Soukou Musume. Together they battle to save this world while holding onto one wish: getting back home. Expect mecha action with a focus on the bonds within the squad.
