You open this expecting a mobile game adaptation and instead get Takaomi Kanasaki doing what he does best: making you laugh so hard you forget there's no actual plot. The comedy lands in a register most shows can't touch, all off-kilter timing and character awkwardness that feels lived-in rather than written. Pecorine's hunger bit should not be this funny by episode ten. The animation flexes in ways a cozy adventure has no right to, and the whole thing sits in your chest like warm food after a long day, which is exactly the point.

Along the way they meet new people and may begin to uncover the secrets behind Yuuki's lost memories. Based on a Cygames smartphone RPG, the series mixes fantasy adventure with plenty of comedy.
