Adapted from a puzzle role-playing game by Otomate, the story centers on Shiina, a medical student, who finds herself trapped alongside nine male partners in a strange dimensional realm. The place is filled with ancient texts and dominated by a huge, mysterious clock. Working together, the group has to uncover clues that will let them escape, and they must find the way out before the clock strikes thirteen.
