Five minutes of pure nostalgia fuel for people who've already fallen for this cast. Watching Yuuta's sister Kuzuha drag him back into his own embarrassing chuunibyou past hits different when you've spent two seasons watching him try to escape it. The special knows exactly what it is: a love letter to the first season's energy, asking nothing more than to make you smile at characters you already care about.

Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions! Rikka Version Lite is a short comedy special that came as a bonus on the Blu-ray/DVD release of the Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! movie. Instead of following the main story, it looks back at Yuuta Togashi's own chunibyo days. It works best as a light extra for viewers who already know the franchise.
