A witch selling love solutions out of a magic grocery store is the entire joke, and the show commits to it completely. Every episode is someone's relationship imploding in a different ridiculous way, and the "fix" makes it worse before anything gets better. You watch real people trip over their own hearts while a cheerful dimensional merchant treats heartbreak like a shopping problem, and somehow it lands every time.

Strange things are happening all over the city: a man suddenly holds his girlfriend hostage, and a missing wife turns up as a happy woman. The cause is the Ultimate Love Bazaar, a shop that promises to fix any romantic trouble. Its keeper is Shu, a crafty witch who can travel between dimensions and uses magical love items to help people with their romantic problems. A stern, serious policeman spends ten nights pursuing and investigating her, which turns their encounters into a tense chase. The 16-episode ONA blends fantasy, romance and slice of life.
