The five rice boys return for a second season of grain-themed comedy at Kokuritsu Inaho Academy. The school is close to closing, and bread now rules Japanese dinner tables thanks to changing eating habits and cuts to rice farming, with the bread group Yeast King on top. The boys perform together as Love Rice and train to beat Yeast King at the Harvest Show, a concert where grains compete to be named HarveStars. The season runs twelve short episodes.
