Lupin walks into a scheme that's already in motion, sees three angles nobody else caught, and decides the real score is making sure everyone loses differently than they expected. Zenigata's finally got backup that matches his energy instead of slowing him down, which means the usual cat-and-mouse game gets teeth. You watch a master thief work a room full of people who all think they're the smartest one there, and by the end, none of them are wrong and all of them lose.

A California crime boss runs more than just a floating casino. He's hunting sunken treasure worth a nation's wealth, and the legendary Lupin can't resist. Assembling his crew, Lupin dives into the operation to intercept the score before Marcano's syndicate claims it for themselves. The hunt grows more complicated when a shadowy crime syndicate called the Secret Seven, based beneath Alcatraz, turns out to be after the same gold, while mysterious men in black trail Lupin wherever he goes. Inspector Zenigata is on Lupin's heels as usual, this time teamed with an unusually aggressive local cop. With Jigen, Goemon and Fujiko at his side, Lupin races the police, the mafia and the syndicate to the gold and tries to uncover what links it to Alcatraz and John F. Kennedy.
