Basara crash-lands into a stranger's war and decides the answer is to play louder. A kid who doesn't understand Fire Bomber yet loves them anyway becomes the reason everything matters. The movie doesn't pretend to be more than thirty minutes of mecha chaos and music colliding on a frozen planet, and it's better for refusing to apologize for exactly what it is.

Basara sets out after a strange sound that seems to travel across the galaxy, and his search ends with a crash landing on a snowbound planet. The people who live there give him a cold reception. He makes friends with Pedro, a four-year-old boy who follows the Galaxy Network and adores Fire Bomber. Basara then learns that the sound he has been chasing comes from Emilia, a solitary Meltrandi who is struggling to create music of her own. The film mixes action, comedy and drama with mecha and music in a science fiction setting.
