Music is the weapon and the wound. Walküre doesn't just sing to save people from Var Syndrome, their songs are the only thing that works, which means every concert is combat, every performance stakes everything on whether the audience will break or hold. Watch a show that asked "what if your idol group was the last defense against galactic infection" and actually committed to the idea, treating songs as both salvation and the thing that makes you fall in love with someone you might never see alive again.

In 2067, eight years after the events of Macross Frontier, a mysterious phenomenon called the Var Syndrome is slowly spreading through the galaxy. Standing against it are Walküre, a group of gifted idols who also fly Valkyries, and the Delta Squadron, a unit of seasoned Valkyrie pilots. Their fight grows harder when the Aerial Knights, a Valkyrie team from the Kingdom of Wind, rise to challenge them. The result is a sci-fi mecha series that mixes aerial combat with music and romance.
