Ginga Private Academy sits on a headland well away from town, a large and elegant campus threaded with waterways. Its 600 students, spread across primary, middle and high school divisions, all train in the performing arts. One spring, a boy transfers in, and his arrival sets up this single-episode comedy OVA from 2010.
