Medaka is a high school student who hopes to become a doctor, and at her parents' suggestion she transfers to Tanaka Private School. She soon realizes the place is far from ordinary. Her classmate Pochi earns perfect scores on every test, yet he is a dog. Nekoko, a cat, sees Pochi as her rival, and another classmate, Misa, is only five years old. Even her homeroom teacher, Mr. Tanaka, is unusual, since his face appears to be that of a fish. The result is a short comedy OVA with a fantasy twist on the school setting.
