Four minutes in and you're already doing the math on your own online life. This is TOPHAMHAT-KYO turning a real, uncomfortable truth about himself into a music video: the guy who gets a character built to represent him, watches that character blow up, and slowly realizes the applause was never pointed at him. The genre tag says Drama and it earns it, because the whole thing is a character study with no room to hide. Jealousy, then suffering, then that final flip where the tables have completely turned and the mascot has more claim to the name than the man does. The track carries it, but the gut punch is how honestly it admits to the envy instead of dressing it up as a lesson. Anyone who has ever been better known as a username than a person will sit very still through the ending.

Music video for the song Mister Jewel Box by TOPHAMHAT-KYO, built on the artist's real experiences and exaggerated for the screen. An ordinary man gains a character to stand in for him and becomes famous because of it. Over time he comes to see that the character is more popular than he is. Facing that realization leaves him jealous, suffering and distressed, and the story moves toward an ending where the situation is completely reversed. The single episode is a short drama about living in the shadow of one's own stand-in.
