Set after the final battle of Gundam Seed, this one-episode special serves as an epilogue to the war between ZAFT's Coordinators and Earth's Naturals. As the fighting winds down, the survivors begin to recover. Some lean on the people they love, while others withdraw to heal alone, thinking about what they lost and the friends who did not make it. Kira Yamato and Athrun Zala reckon with the parts they played in the conflict and ready themselves for what lies ahead. Fans of mecha drama will recognize the Action, Sci-Fi and Mecha roots of the franchise.
