Thirteen years ago, part of Tokyo broke away and rose into the sky. The floating section became Old Tokyo, while the portion left on the ground became New Tokyo, and all contact between the two has been impossible ever since. Years later, a young girl realizes that Old Tokyo is going to fall back to the ground, and she sets out on a perilous journey to New Tokyo to save its people from the coming disaster. When unknown beings appear, a mysterious blue-haired girl named Sora rescues a young man named Kanata. Alongside the vampire siblings Toya and Yuna and the monsters Ryoma, Kamu and Hanzo, they fight for the fate of the world. The action fantasy film tells a new story with new characters, separate from the first Monster Strike movie and the net anime.
