The whole show is permission to slow down and watch someone create something from nothing. No stakes grinding underneath, no plot machinery running hot. You're just hanging out with Mr. Stain and Palvan while they fiddle with junk and figure out what it wants to become. The epilogue doesn't interrupt that quiet rhythm. It lets you sit in the alley a little longer.

Mr. Stain on Junk Alley: Epilogue is a 2003 comedy OVA. DVD only episode.
