A tsundere boy who verbally tears down the girl he's obsessed with, and she thinks it's endearing. The show never apologizes for how uncomfortable that is, and somehow makes you root for him anyway. Three minutes at a time means no padding, no filler, just him failing to say what he actually feels while she watches him fail at it, over and over, until something shifts. The visual warmth sells a dynamic that should feel cruel. It works because the show knows the joke is on him, not on her.

Atsuhiro "Akkun" Kagari is a contradiction wrapped in a bad attitude. To his girlfriend Non "Nontan" Katagiri, he is rude, dismissive and cold. He insults her and neglects her, because being affectionate embarrasses him too much. But the truth is messier and weirder: he is head over heels for her. He trails her to snap photos of her and listens in on her conversations. He is a full-blown stalker of his own girlfriend. Nontan has no idea about the stalking. She finds his behavior cute and knows he doesn't truly mean the insults. Their close friend Masago Matsuo thinks the pair is a little odd, but Nontan loves Akkun just as he is. The result is a short-format romantic comedy about the gap between how a tsundere boy acts and what he actually feels.
