Old Master Q treats slapstick like a language nobody else remembers how to speak. Old Man Q, Big Potato and Mr. Chin work at an amusement park, where they run into a string of bad luck. The head of the Landlord Company wants the park's land and threatens to blow the park up with a bomb to get it. By chance, Old Man Q meets an alien named Shan T, and the two become friends. Shan T then helps Old Man Q take on the Landlord Company's henchmen. The film is the third animated Old Master Q movie and mixes action with comedy.
