This is thirty minutes of the crew doing nothing but being themselves. No world-ending stakes, no plot machinery, just Luffy wanting meat while Sanji argues and Chopper gets flustered over compliments. If you've watched enough One Piece to love these people, this hits exactly right because it remembers that the show's real engine is watching them exist in a room together.
