Part two of One Punch Man's third season continues the action comedy with science fiction and supernatural touches. Saitama took up hero work purely for fun, and three years of training have made him so powerful that any foe goes down from one punch. He serves in the Hero Association alongside Genos, his devoted student. Earlier in the season, the Monster Association seized the child of a Hero Association executive, and the S-class heroes drew up plans to raid the monsters' hideout and free the hostage. Garou, a human monster, was taken by the Monster Association.
