Kyosuke Murata's father walks out when Kyosuke is still a small child, and he grows up closely sheltered by his mother, Shizuko. Once he is an adult, a gang-related crime involving his mother pulls him into the brutal Japanese underworld. When he takes on the Murata-gumi, he learns that the father he has not seen in years is running it. Kyosuke climbs through the gangland hierarchy, and his growing power sets the stage for an enormous conflict between rival gangs. The three-episode OVA from 1990 adapts Motomiya Hiroshi's seinen manga.
