A guy finds out he has twin sisters he never knew existed, and the show treats this absolute nonsense with a straight face while making you actually want to see where it goes. The romance between Maiku and whichever girl you're rooting for builds through episodes of terrible jokes, hot springs, and road-trip chaos, and somehow it works because the characters feel like they're having fun instead of hitting plot beats. If you can accept that two girls trekked across Japan with nothing but a photograph, you get a show that knows exactly what it is, lightweight, watchable, and weirdly charming in how little it tries to justify itself.

Maiku Kamishiro has never known much about his own family. His only lead is an old photograph of two small children, a boy and a girl, playing in a little pool in front of a blue house. Hoping to learn where he comes from, he moves into that house and settles into work as a programmer. His quiet routine ends when two very different girls arrive at his door, each holding the same photograph and each insisting she is his twin. With no way to tell the real sibling from the stranger, Maiku lets both of them live with him until the truth is settled. The result is a twelve-episode TV mix of comedy, drama and romance.
