Two OVA episodes, each packaged with a premium visual book, tell side stories from Queen's Blade Rebellion, the sequel to Queen's Blade: Utsukushiki Toushitachi. In the first, Annelotte, heir to the noble Kreusz family, was brought up as a man and served as a knight of her house. After the Queen's army wipes out her family, she lands in a forest guarded by Alleyne, who heals her injuries and trains her until she can stand against the Queen. In the second, Siggy is a pious servant of God whose zeal for punishing heretics outstrips her ability, and a journey to Gainos alongside Ymir helps her grow toward becoming an Inquisitor. Each volume also includes a bonus segment in which Alleyne and Siggy give private workout lessons, in keeping with the action, adventure, fantasy and ecchi labels.
