In a parallel Japan where the national railways were never privatized, high schooler Takayama dreams of a comfortable life working for Japan National Railways. Instead he is placed as a trainee in the Railways Security Force. There he deals with eccentric colleagues: a troublemaker who hates men, the athletic Aoi Sakura, the always hungry Sho Iwaizumi and the walking encyclopedia Haruka Komi. The trainees face purse snatchers and bomb threats while an extremist group called RJ schemes to privatize the railway system. The series mixes action, romance and ecchi elements with its railway setting.
