A 14-year-old girl defends her ramen shop against a drunk man and his increasingly absurd robot army. Fourteen-year-old Chai Nyan has come all the way from China with a mission: to spread the way of ramen. Her ramen shop serves no alcohol and does not let anyone drink there, and a drunk named Yoiyoi refuses to accept that rule. His answer is to try to wreck the shop, sending robots and more against it. Chai Nyan now has to find a way to weather the storm. The single OVA mixes comedy and action with mecha, putting a young ramen cook up against a drunk with an arsenal of machines.
