It takes one joke, a fifth-grader built like a construction foreman and a high schooler the size of a kindergartner, and refuses to blink. Atsushi is eleven, and every adult in frame reads him as a threat, a creep, or a guy who should be at work. Atsumi is seventeen, and everyone treats her like a lost child who needs walking home. The comedy runs on that gap and nothing else, which is exactly why it splits a room: no arcs, no stakes, no escalation, just deadpan sibling domesticity and the world getting it wrong again. These two are the episodes that never aired, tucked into the special edition of volume four for readers already fluent in the bit. If you found the premise funny once, you will find it funny for its entire runtime. If you did not, nothing here is going to argue with you.

Recorder to Randoseru is a two-episode comedy OVA adapted from Higashiya Meme's 4-koma manga, and its episodes were never broadcast, coming packaged instead with a special edition of the manga's fourth volume. Atsushi's teacher, Moriyama Futami, is afraid of men and would rather not give him swimming lessons at school, so Atsumi, his older sister, takes him to a public pool. There Sayo, who is smitten, tries to help. In the other episode, Take Ani has started a new job as a bartender, and at his bar Atsushi is offered a glass of orange juice, a drink that unexpectedly leads to a job.
