Esumi Fuuka looks every bit like a university student: she is 163 cm tall with a slim, grown-up figure. In truth she is still in elementary school, and her mind is that of a young child. The gap between her adult appearance and her childish outlook leads to one misunderstanding after another for the people around her. The short episodes play this ironic setup for slice-of-life comedy with an ecchi streak.
