Atsushi towers over every adult in the room but still needs his tiny sister to untangle him from the chaos he accidentally creates by just existing. The joke never gets old because it's not about the height swap itself, it's watching a grown man's body betray an eleven-year-old's genuine confusion and impulse. Atsushi is eleven years old and towers at 180 centimeters, giving him the frame of a full-grown adult. Problem is, his personality hasn't caught up with his body. He acts his age, which means constant confusion from everyone around him. People assume he's much older, and he ends up arrested more than once as a suspected predator. His older sister Atsumi is seventeen but barely reaches 137 centimeters. The opposite problem plagues her: she looks like a little girl despite being in high school, and strangers keep grabbing her as if she were a small child. Even so, she looks after her younger brother with care. One of her classmates has even fallen for Atsushi without realizing how young he really is. The short comedy episodes draw their laughs from the misunderstandings these mismatched siblings face, much to the dismay of both, and life in the Miyagawa household is never dull.
