Three short romantic dramas, made as commercials for Dunlop's Winter Maxx snow tires, are set in snowy country. In the first, a father and daughter, a young couple and two coworkers work through their tangled feelings as they gather for a riverside light show in town during a snowfall. The second follows college student Yui, whose mother invites her to an observatory for her twentieth birthday. As the two travel snowy roads toward the summit, Yui remembers going there with her late father on every birthday as a small child. In the third, a boy and girl in love split up when she decides to study in France, and he chases after her as she drives off into a snowstorm.
