SYNOPSIS
Alma has learned to keep his distance from people. His raw strength has destroyed too much, hurt too many, and isolation feels safer than risking harm again. That changes when Ruri arrives at his door with an unusual proposition: she wants him to fight for her using the Sacred Seven power he's spent years suppressing. He refuses. But when Dark Stone creatures begin terrorizing the town, Alma realizes his power is the only weapon that stands a chance against them. The problem is control. His abilities rage uncontrolled, turning him into as much a threat as the monsters themselves. Ruri refuses to give up on him though. She channels her own will into a gemstone, creating a bond that might finally anchor his strength. What unfolds is a story about learning to trust when trust has only brought pain. Alma must decide if isolation is truly safety or just another kind of prison. With Ruri's unwavering belief pushing him forward, he begins to understand that power without connection is power without purpose.
