Two girls decide their friendship needs a physical anchor, so they start kissing in increasingly absurd places around school. The show commits completely to treating this as both hilarious and sincere, never winking at the camera or apologizing for what they want. Every episode builds on the last until you realize you're watching two people actually fall in love, not just a premise, and by then you've already stopped counting the kisses and started counting the ways they look at each other when no one else is watching.

Haruka and Yuu have been inseparable since middle school, always claiming the seats next to each other without fail. High school changes everything when a new seating arrangement separates them for the first time, and the thought of being apart feels unbearable. To maintain their bond across the classroom divide, they devise a plan: a secret kiss to mark their connection as unbreakable. What starts as a symbolic gesture quickly becomes something neither of them expected. The kiss sparks feelings that complicate everything, forcing both girls to confront what their friendship actually means. Around them, other classmates navigate similar romantic entanglements, creating a web of affection and confusion that mirrors their own journey. As daily life unfolds through stolen moments and careful conversations, Haruka and Yuu grapple with the blurry line between deep friendship and something more. The comedy arrives naturally from awkward situations and misunderstandings, while genuine warmth underlies every interaction. This is a story about discovering that some connections defy easy categorization, told through the eyes of two girls learning who they are to each other.
