In Little Tokyo, a Japanese-style village populated by mechanical animals, a team of cyborg cats runs a pizza restaurant that hides their real job as a secret ninja squad. Whenever evil appears, a clock tower shaped like a gun rises from the roof and launches them toward the danger. The emperor has lost his grip on things, so a council runs the village, and one of its members, the scheming Seymour "Big" Cheese, is quietly plotting to take power for himself. Between pizza deliveries, the Pizza Cats work to foil his plans in a mix of comedy, action and giant robot battles.
