Nobody talks about this one. The show takes the magical girl formula and strips it down to pure friendship logistics: four girls trying to keep a celestial treasure out of the wrong hands while the actual villain is just someone who wants it back. It moves fast enough that you don't notice the budget constraints, and it finds real comedy in the space between the grand stakes and the mundane problem of keeping your group together when one member is literally mysterious and possibly untrustworthy. The twists land because the show never pretends to be bigger than it is.

Jouju is given the task of finding the hidden Joubijou while keeping good and evil in balance across the celestial world. She is joined by her dear friends Cindy and Stellar, along with the mysterious Rosa. Lucy, a treasure hunter, stands between Jouju and the Joubijou, and while working to get it back, Jouju also has to shield her family and friends from witches. Her magical journey is aimed at becoming a true guardian of the stars. The series is a short-format magical girl fantasy with comedy mixed in.
