Tako-chan joins Seibu Railways in 2011 and is posted to Tanashi Station. Working for the railway is something he has long dreamed of, but he makes one mistake after another, and much of his effort seems to come to nothing. The open question is whether he will ever learn to manage on his own. Told in twelve comedic slice-of-life shorts of about three minutes each, the series follows his everyday life on the job.
