Walk into this cold and you're lost. You need the game to know who these people are, why Squad 7 matters, why the Empire's shadow still reaches into everything. But if you've played Valkyria Chronicles 3, this OVA doesn't retell what you already know, it fills the spaces between missions with the kind of squad moments the game couldn't fit. The combat choreography treats formation and positioning like a live-action strategy map. Two episodes isn't enough, but it moves like it knows exactly what it's doing.

Europa is at war, with Gallia fighting the East Europan Imperial Alliance, and a penal company of the Gallian army called the Nameless is hunted by both sides. Branded rebels by their own country and targeted by the Empire, the squad struggles to find a place in the conflict, and their tank driver Gusurg deserts to join the Imperial forces. After freeing a small town, they find Isara Welkin, a wounded tank driver from Squad 7, who asks their leader Kurt Irving to rescue her retreating comrades. The Nameless must choose between staying hidden and helping the nation that called them traitors. The two-episode action fantasy OVA adapts SEGA's Valkyria Chronicles 3 game.
