Adapted from a series of picture books by Ryuuhou Ookawa, this three-episode fantasy OVA centers on a young boy named Alto. After doing badly on his tests, he sees little reason to head home and lingers over how hopeless things seem. On his way back from school he meets a girl who says she is an angel. When she questions his choice, Alto admits what is troubling him, and she resolves to raise his spirits and show him what happiness really means.
