Shin-chan in zero gravity is the entire joke, and it never stops being funny. The confined space forces the comedy into constant collision, no room to breathe, no escape routes for a gag to die in. It's Shin-chan stripped of his normal world, which means everything he does lands harder because there's nowhere else for the chaos to go.

Shinnosuke and the rest of the Nohara family wake from cold sleep to discover they are aboard a spaceship adrift in space. The setting is a hundred years in the future, far from the modern-day Japan of the main television series. The story follows the assorted incidents that unfold inside the ship, played as a sealed-room suspense comedy. The short web series spans thirteen episodes and blends comedy with science fiction and some ecchi humor.
