Three sisters bound by blood oath stand against the chaos consuming the land in the final years of the Han Dynasty. Ryuubi, Kanuu, and Chouhi have already restored a measure of peace, but it does not last. Choujou, head of the eunuchs, tricks General Kashin of the capital court into swallowing a cursed pill that is gradually turning her into a cat, then uses the emperor's name to brand her a traitor. On the run, Kashin meets the healer Kada, who takes her to the sisters for help. The only cure calls for three very rare ingredients, so the girls set off on an adventure to gather them. As the third season of Koihime Musou, the show mixes comedy, fantasy and ecchi into a lighthearted quest.
