There's no conflict waiting to explode, no twist designed to shock you. Just the sound of a place settling into itself, and you settling into it too.

Patty says goodbye to Maple Town and moves to Palm Town, where she will live with her aunt Jane. Jane runs a small clinic there together with her husband, and a new adventure is waiting for Patty in her new home. This fantasy slice-of-life film is a longer cut of the opening episode of the Shin Maple Town Monogatari TV series.
