Two episodes is all this needs. A yakuza story that doesn't glorify the life, doesn't flinch from the cost, doesn't waste a single frame on showing off. The emotional weight arrives quietly and stays with you long after it ends. This OVA knows the difference between a dramatic moment and a scene that actually means something to the people living it. Viewers who expect 90s melodrama get something harder and truer instead. Watch it alone.
