Katsumi Liqueur wants only one thing: to get out of a town where she knows nobody and has no friends. The Attacked Mystification Police, known as AMP, keep pressing her to join them, which gets in the way. While drifting through the streets of Tokyo, she meets Saiko Yuki, a woman whose fate seems bound up with her own. Both women have a hidden past that appears tied to Tokyo Bay Bridge, a bridge Katsumi has already seen in her dreams. The movie is a sequel to the first Silent Möbius film and picks up the flashback thread of that movie, showing Katsumi's first contact with AMP. It draws in more ideas and characters from the manga and mixes adventure, fantasy and science fiction.
