Nobody is making anime about five guys forced to drag themselves through Little Women as punishment. The setup is stupid enough that it could collapse into forced jokes, but there's real weight underneath, five actual friendships about to get tested by something that doesn't care about their egos. You're watching guys try to hold onto each other while the thing meant to humiliate them becomes the only honest thing they do together.

Kato, Shimura, Arai, Nakamoto and Takagi are close friends attending Seiryuu Gakuen, a high school that boards only boys. With the school festival approaching, the head of the student government asks the five over for a meal. The invitation turns out to be a trap, a scheme to push them into staging a play for the festival, and the piece they are stuck with is "Little Women." The two OVA episodes mix comedy with drama.
