Apo, the pet dog from the Space Brothers manga, takes the lead role in this short original story. The one-episode OVA is a comedy with a science fiction flavor, and it was made as a flash animation. It came on a DVD packaged with the limited edition of the manga's seventeenth volume, which makes it a bonus piece for readers of Chuuya Koyama's seinen series, first serialized in Weekly Morning.
