Four kids in a spaceship are trying to become idol superstars, but the universe keeps sabotaging them thirty seconds before showtime. Every episode is the same setup: countdown to performance, catastrophe hits, they improvise their way through anyway. The joke never gets old because the show doesn't care about the idol fantasy, it cares about watching four people get desperately creative under impossible pressure, every single time.

Ecchan, Sapphi, Rocco, and Moffan make up Uchuu Seifuku, an idol group working in space with a single goal: to perform at the Space Budokan and become the top idol group in the whole universe. Their path to stardom is anything but smooth. Every time a show is just minutes from starting, some new problem breaks out. Space Idol is an original short ONA of six episodes, blending science fiction with slice of life, and it streams exclusively on DMM TV.
